Design a state machine for sequential tail lights on a car. The inputs will be CLOCK, active low RESET, LEFT, RIGHT and HAZ.

There are three lights on each right and left side, making 6 total outputs.

A left turn should be

XOO OOO
XXO OOO
XXX OOO
OOO OOO

where X means the light is on and X means the light is off.

A right turn follows the same sequence, but for the right side.

For the hazard lights,
OOO OOO
XOO OOX
XXO OXX
XXX XXX
OOO OOO
